They do not stock their items and did not tell you delivery dates, expect to wait a month to 5 weeks for orders. Ordered twice from this company over a year period and had to cancel both orders as the delivery would have taken 5 weeks. I ordered same equipment from another supplier and got the order next day. They do not stock any items.

I pay 7.80£ delivery, after 3 days not recive my item, not tecomand this seller!

I've ordered whole rope access kit on abaris website. There was no problems during putting things to the basket and no problems when ordering.
After 2 weeks of no answer from abaris I've called them and asked what is going o on?
Someone gave me answer that prabobly not everything that I've ordered is on stock (there was no info about it on website when I was doing order) and that's why order didn't go through. I've asked to remove the itema that are not in stock, send me the rest and refund for the things that were removed. Was waiting another week with no answer!!! Had to call them again what's going on. They said that nothing was sent. So for my order which I've paid on day 1 I was waiting 3 weeks. Now is week 4 and still didn't get refund for the staff that they didn't send. I've called them again today to ask what is going on, where is my refund, they were surprised that I want refund!!!! Someone told me in the morning that they gonna send it ASAP and will get confirmation on email. Still nothing!!! This place is a joke!!! Kamil Balewski

A pleasant experience in difficult circumstances due to availability of items

Can't praise this company highly enough & their customer service is second to none. As a novice who recently joined a local Lowland Search & Rescue Team, I needed a safety helmet modified and ABARIS couldn't have been more knowledgable or helpful (even from a private buyer!). I would recommend ABARIS to anyone who wants expert advice and a super efficient service.

Disappointing that Trust Pilot doesn't quality assure some of the previous undeserved reviews that seem to have been posted maliciously.

Excellent to deal with. Needed a replacement grillon so ordered online December. Helena informed me new stock would be in 1st week of Jan, & it was. She dropped me an email in to let me know it was dispatched the same day it left them. When a business like Arbaris Int keep up with the tiny details where others can't be bothered, that's why you go back there when you need more kit. Only way it could be better is if they put a free cake in the box with the Petzl grillon. :)

Don’t trust Trustpilot as I’m leaving this review having never bought anything from Abaris. Competitors can leave poor reviews to put people off. Strange how the two poor reviews are from someone who rates a competitor who is in the same area as they live highly! Abaris hold the largest stock of some of the most popular rope access and technical access brands used in UK, have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand to answer any technical questions, offer next day delivery to most of UK, with a text notification giving you a one hour delivery window as standard and will endeavour to price match any like for like quote.

Excellent customer service, very good product knowledge, responded to my emails speedily and my order arrived next day. Best prices too. What more could I ask!
