Bed is amazing. i ordered the floor bed for my little boy to skip the cot stage. He absolutely loves it.
Didn’t receive any updates until I messaged to say its been around the time it should have been delivered but then my bed was delivered the next day.
Bed was easy to assemble. Base boards are a little bit short but it’s not the end of the world.

Pictures don’t do justice the fabric the quality it is a bit pricey but the quality makes up for it 👌🏻

I bought the coral bed for my daughter who has not slept a full night on her own since she was born! Now 3! I kid you not, she has slept every night, the whole night in her bed since it arrived. On top of that it is beautiful quality, craftsmanship, and looks so elegant compared to most kids beds. We shall be purchasing another one for our son who surprise surprise also won’t sleep on his own! However is currently sound asleep with his sister! Delivery was prompt and packaging ensured no damage. It was easy to assemble, even for a solo, and useless at DIY parent such as me. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Fantastic value for money, and well spent!

As soon as they have your money Communication bare minimum no time frame for delivery just lucky I was of the day it arrived they go against their policy's and avoid replying to any form of contact

Bed came under a week from ordering, we ordered the kids floorbed. Bed is amazing quality and my son loves it!

Their service is appreciable and the quality of the stuff is really great they are very cooperative and nice

Highly recommend this company, they provided a 1st class service. Had a call the night before to say bed would be delivered the next day when they arrived the gentleman was very polite and extremely efficient the ver large luxurious bed was assembled within 20 mins all packaging was tidy up and taken away excellent company

It's a great experience though buying bed from them. The price is quite reasonable as compared to the market place price. Easy to assemble and got a big storage drawers underneath. Lovely to have such a comfortable bed in my room. I would rate 5 stars or even more than 5 stars.

Very good quality and service is good too. Driver was very nice and assemble the bed quickly. It was dewan ottoman storage bed, everything fit in easily.

Please do not buy this companies beds. Yes their beds may look nice but bare in mind if you have any issues like I did they will not fix or try to review the issue. I brought my elderly mother a bed I paid for this to bed assembled. They sent one man to do this who expected my mother to help carry the bed so my mother had to get a neighbour to help bring in the bed. The bed was a divan bed so when my mother lifted the bed to put some things in the bed the headboard fell off this happened the following day so we contacted the company. They replied to our messages on a couple of occasions but never offered to fix the problem, and now they do not respond to our messages we are being ignored. We bought this bed in March and we still haven't heard anything!
Tge bed wasn't assembled very good we asked them to arrange a date to fix the problem on numerous occasions. A last resort we asked them to come collect the bed and asked for a full refund, they choose to ignore our messages. They do not care once they have your money.

The WORST BED SHOP I have ever seen with the absolute worse customer service in any business I have ever experienced. The bed looked nothing like the picture and after I asked for a refund which it stated was allowed on the website he changed the policy however I knew he would do something like this so I took a screenshot before hand of the policy and after confronting him about it he denied it. There was also parts missing from the bed that I had to chase up on. He would never answer my calls. And so many more bad things. All I would say is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE WHATSOEVER.
