I don’t know why sellers think they are always right no middle ground. It’s there way or nothing. I ordered a couple of masonary bits and it said Tuesday this was the Friday before through there eBay site and the delivery was updated possibly by some eBay policy to say Thursday. I sent a message via eBay to say I was not impressed and it was taking too long. Well all hell broke loose instead of saying something like sorry your order is taking longer but it will be with you shortly. It was along the lines of it’s not our fault eBay policies Royal Mail. La la la. Saying I will not apologise when it’s not my fault. Why do companies think the buyer does not have a genuine opinion and the communication falls down due to some personal view. They are a business dealing with the public which without customers there is no business.

Wonderful service and value for money. I am totally unsuited to DIY, so when I accidentally ran over the lead of my lawnmower I felt frustrated. I rang this hardware store to see if I could have my lawnmower mended.
I spoke to Michelle and she explained that they sold a little device to mend the lead for only £1.99. I doubted my abilities but popped into see her, in this gently bustling and friendly shop.
She took the plug joiner thing apart and patiently explained to me how to mend my lawnmower. Reminding me that it was like wiring a plug 🔌.
I felt empowered with the information given to me and felt quietly confident that I could mend my lawnmower.
Amazingly, I could and for only £1.99.!! I’m so pleased 😃.

Ordered 3 tough bags of FORGEFIX panel pins.
Received ONE flimsy torn plastic bag in a broken cardboard box with many pins loose or indeed missing.
E-mailed company to complain and to claim a refund.
No response received.
I would advise to stay well clear.
