Ive been happy with the services provided by Abbey rentals. All my questions were answered before moving in and they’ve made it very simple to move in for me. Apartment looks like it was on the photos, very well kept. Gwenan specifically from Abbey rentals was a person who helped me the most!

Overpriced for what it is.
Housing is overpriced when compared to some other student accommodation especially for what it is. My room was literally a box and the house itself was bare basics, when compared to the next housing I got for the following year there is a stark difference in what can be done to make a accommodation more comfortable and welcoming.
Services weren't the best and overall some of the people were ok but a few bad apples sour the experience.

I've checked my records and you were a tenant with us 5 years ago and I'm pleased to say that since then, the majority of our properties have undergone major upgrades and we are also now one of the cheapest student letting agents in Chester and very competitively priced :-)

Abbey rentals is a great student rental company. They are friendly, attentive and will help you out when there are any issues with the house. They have good affordable prices for rent. Overall had no problems and would recommend to future students

House is quite expensive for what it is, the room I I have is very spacious and the house is in an ideal location both near the university and near town, abbey rentals also offer lots of help and support and are quick to amend an issue when one arises 🙂 Becky is also lovely and the maintenance guy Alan is alright 😂
