I requested a specific size and make of batteries for a number of fire alarm sounders in our building. They sent the wrong size and make of battery and asked that I pay for the return postage if I want to be refunded.
Ordered 5* office A4 buff folders from Amazon. Received Eastlight Foolscap buff folders instead. Now have to return to Amazon. Packing was awful, so have to work out how I can return as I doubt I can use the original packing

I ordered a five ream box of paper and was given a replacement of two pens, one used and a wall planner.

Excellent customer service, they really took the time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. They also send a free pen!
This is a terrible company to deal with. They don't send the item and won't try to resolve the issue. Then they are rude via email. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Staff was very friendly on the telephone prior to ordering online. My ordered was delivered on time, in very good packaging and in first class condition. Very pleased with the whole transaction.
