Neil provided me with the most ideal solution-his design approach was very flexible, not only offering an excellent plan but also saving me a significant amount of money. Throughout the entire process, their service was extremely attentive, and the time from order to installation was impressively short. I’m very satisfied with their products and installation service. We've used Abbey Windows multiple times now to upgrade the doors and windows in our house. They have a great range of products and everyone who we've talked to from sales to finance is lovely and approachable. One of the things I appreciate most is that their sales team have never tried a hard sell. Would highly recommend!

I found the service team to be responsive, helpful, good communications and the engineer very polite, helpful and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They installed a conservatory and replacement windows a year ago and I’m delighted with the result and the after sales service.

What made my experience very good they kept me in touch was happening and on the morning of the renewal a gentleman come round was called Ron came in and replaced the door and magic. Very good job. I’m very impressed.

Recently had a new front door installed with Abbey. The team were lovely from initial visit, showing us product options and visiting the showroom to pick colours. The installation was quick and easy, our installer T was friendly and professional. Cleaned up everything after and had great attention to detail.

After Everest went into administration just days before our installation was due, we were understandably hesitant and suspicious of every window company. Luckily, we found Abbey Windows. We're very happy with the quality of the windows and doors (7 in total), and Peter did an excellent job with the installation. The admin team was also quick and helpful throughout. The insurance-backed guarantee provides peace of mind. A five-star experience at every stage.

Update; changed to a 3 rating after a senior person within the company got involved. They did agree their standards had fallen below what customers expect from them. They have refunded my money, and promised to do the panel as soon as part becomes available. Sad that it takes posting bad reviews to get some action.
I could give zero I would! Original windows n doors installed long time ago. Needed a new lower door panel for back door. Contacted company who send an engineer with a panel.. immediately obvious to me when old panel removed, new panel was too thick. He went ahead and hammered to try to make it fit. Failed! Left with a promise of contact the next morning. In the evening I found door
no longer locked . I waited for my promised call, 3 days and several emails later I still had no call! I called locksmiths myself to enable me to secure my home! Until I posted poor review no refund was offered! Still waiting! Any chance they pay the locksmith? Don’t bother with them
