Duke Cajala has been very helpful about doing a report outside of our regular service. In general, Abby is very responsive, although there are times we need to remind new staff about how to present our medical practice.

I changed our Plan months ago and they kept billing me the wrong amount, FRAUD, and of course nobody is available, AVOID this rip off company. Will be contacting the Nevada Attorney General's office and put this company out of business

Abby Connect has been an amazing addition to our business. We've used Abby Connect for about 3 years now and have ZERO complaints! Priscilla Loza, Angelica Monterrosa and the rest of the team over there have been amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We have been using Abby for about a month, and the quality of the AI receptionist is very good. It took us some time to populate the Q&A for the AI training, but the Abby team stepped up and helped us get everything in place. After starting they have also been very responsive in helping fine tune and solve minor problems.

We have had Abby for a long time now. They help so much to sort our incoming calls. They are attentive and respond to our questions and concerns quickly. Every once in a while they may not get the name of the client that is calling correct, but it is nothing that we cant quickly figure out. Mostly they do a great job answering clients and transferring them to where they need to go byt asking the correct questions.
