Communication is extremely poor, give a 101 one excuses as to why can’t send a picture. I traveled from lindon and had an hour half time frame which Ann knew she turns up 10 mins before my coatch leave. When on coatch I notice a lot of problem. Sticking glue. BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 3 dresses. After contacting them for a refund since it had been over a month after not receiving my order. They responded with, “We will track the status of your order and get back to you asap.” One month later, I have received my order. My husband and I are laughing hysterically at this point since NOT ONE of the dresses are what I ordered. They are not the same style, cut, size or fabric. They look like someone cut up some fabric from bedsheets and stuffed them in bags. This is a FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I HAVE ALSO BEEN EXPERIENCING SCAM PHONE CALLS EVER SINCE I PUT MY PHONE NUMBER ON THIS SITE. STAY AWAY!!!!

AUSTRALIA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU- DO NOT RELEASE YOUR SIGNATURE RIGHTS!

GOT A TEXT MY ORDER WAS BEING DELIVERED on a Friday. Nothing was delivered. Saturday morning waived my rights to a signature bc one is required, (okay fair)! I have cameras on my property. There wants a single DHL truck that drove by from (Friday -Wednesday) footage. Tuesday, as I was being lenient, got a text saying my package was delivered on Friday. Wait what? Called DHL they said the package is still showing in the drivers truck, so an investigation will be processed. Wednesday my investigation was closed and said my package was delivered on Friday. Abyss disputes that i’ve waived my signature rights, and confirmed with DHL that my order was delivered. Well funny thing is, if my package was delivered on Friday? I waived my rights on a Saturday??? How on earth was my package delivered w/o a signature requirement? How would they have known right? They refuse to cancel or refund my order, send me a replacement! Absolutely nothing but disputes and repeated auto responses that my order was confirmed as delivered. Never even wanted a refund I just want what I’ve rightfully paid for.

Customer service is awful!

The dress was fine, customer service is AWFUL! bought a dress for my daughter for prom with 3-day delivery. 2 weeks later, still no dress. So we ordered a 2nd dress and asked to be credited for the first. Nope, they had to wait and get the dress back first. The dress arrived 1 month after ordering and needs to be returned, meaning accepted by the company, within 14 days. Return shipping is $175 or $227 to make it within their timeline. (half the price of the dress!) Will they give an extension so I can return it in an affordable way? No. Do they assist with shipping? No. I just bought 2 expensive dresses from them, the shipping for the 1st dress was stuck in Ohio for a month, they wouldn't track or have it returned to them, they did nothing and then make returning almost impossible! They 100% know what they are doing and it is wrong! Not worth it!

Horrible costumer service

I am so frustrated with this company.
The only good thing I have to say is the dress got delivered quickly.
When I tried it on it felt cheap and was see through so I decided to return it.

I sent it back, followed all the directions (mind you shipping was close to 60 dollars because I’m from the USA) and shipped it back. I have heard no response, sent two additional emails with my order number and have heard nothing, there has been no reimbursement.

I strongly urge you to find another company unless you’re 100% sure you’re going to keep the item.
They need some SERIOUS costumer
Service reform.

Super shady

Super shady, on their instagram they make followers like and comment every day on their daily post for "a chance to win a dress" but then never post winners. Then they go back and delete the post captions on the pictures like nothing ever happened and then they are left with all these comments of desperate women that commented wanting "to win". Super odd. It's a tactic to sell more...a total scam. Dresses look nice, I'd but one but I can't trust a company that does this.

DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS

DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Please be careful when purchasing from this company. I bought a dress for my daughters formal and when it arrived, I opened it and she tried it on. Unfortunately, It didn't fit and she took it off immediately, I folded it and put it back in the bag. When they received it back, they sent me photos of a little bit of dirt on the bottom of the gown. I didn't inspect it long enough when it arrived, however, the dress didn't get the dirt from the carpet in her bedroom floor. Make sure you take photos before sending items back because they can't be trusted. Since the incident, I have reviewed this business and have seen that this has happened to a number of people, not just me! There is no customer service or anyone caring about the situation, it is just standard automatic replies.

Great dresses for all kind of people anyway and I really do not get why some people do complain so much about that bigger things anyway. As for me - they are simply brilliant so let's talk about something like quality of the dresses and not delivery which is not always great.

scammers

I ordered the unleashed dress from their website. When I received the dress not only did the color of the dress not match the websites picture but the material was similar to costume material. I immediately returned the dress having to pay $20 due to the fact that they don’t give you a return label. I was then emailed by the company claiming that there was a “small rip” in the dress and the tags were “unattached” and that I won’t be receiving a refund. Both claims are ridiculous since I didn’t even try on the dress due to the horrible quality. I won’t be buying from this company ever again and I suggest others think twice before they get SCAMMED like I did.

Absolute rip off! My dress arrived damaged and was terrible quality so I tried to liaise with customer service who were really rude but eventually gave me returns details.
They have received the dress but refusing to refund me the £230 as apparently “cctv from warehouse shows the dress wasn’t ripped when the dress was packed”... this cctv footage is not available and they are now being investigated by fraud department.
Disgusted that companies like this exist

Ordered the Chile dress in a small on…

Ordered the Chile dress in a small on 4/16 for my daughters prom on 5/05. Received it pretty timely, great! As mentioned in a previous post, no information on how to return or exchange merchandise. Emailed company, received a response 24-48hrs later on how to return, great! As a flight attendant on the road, I promptly returned the dress upon returning home on 4/23 and sent an email stating FedEx return info, photo attached, seeking an exchange for a different dress and willing to pay the extra $80 for new dress and asking to bill the same card. I spent $60 returning the $215 dress.
Two days later, realizing my account hasn’t credited, I decided to go about the procedures of buying the second dress because time was getting away, and would wait for the credit on the initial dress returned. I received an email saying I wore/damaged/stained the dress and they would not credit my account and also asked me to PayPal additional funds ($20) to send it back to me. What in the hell? BUYER BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
She tried this dress on and it completely did not fit her upper body as she’s very small. I hung it up behind her door until I could return it and this response is how they treat paying customers. Their return policy is for their benefit and ultimate gain. I emailed them trying to seek help and explained to them my daughters prom was upcoming and in no way was this dress worn! She spent two weeks looking for a dress on their website for this type of treatment. They were rude(Kim) and unwilling to help after receiving my money as they had the nerve to request for me to pay THEM again to send it back to me. I have NO MERCHANDISE. Who does this?
I feel some kind of way as I did not and maybe should have inspected this dress after receiving the package. What confirmation do I have that this stain wasn’t already there??? The photo showing the said “stain” doesn’t show location and I’m not sure if this could have been mishandled on their behalf, and I’m being accused of it. I’m unable to return or exchange and am being denied any possible refund. This dress was sent back with integrity and honesty, and sales tags intact. As a consumer, I was appalled. Horrible buying experience. Horrible return policy, horrible point of contact, horrible sense of direction for returning merchandise— not until I emailed them did I obtain instruction on what to do or how to even EXCHANGE the item.. and no telephone number of any sort to communicate. Unacceptable!
Back at square one now scrambling to find a dress seven days before her prom. I am mortified and I will make sure I alert others of this experience in every which way I can!!!

Terrible dresses and terrible service

Dresses were made from different material than as advertised company refused refund, luckily went through PayPal but then company refused to pay customs and taxes on the returns which means I have to pay them. Result is that the cost of returning the dresses and the customs and taxes charges leaves me with hardly anything. Spent £180 will end up with £40 and nothing to show for it. Terrible company, service is patchy, not trustworthy, would advise never to deal with this company as they will make sure you don't get your money back.
