What a joke. Still no follow through and false claims.
7/7/26 update:They responded to me and told me they would attempt to serve last weekend, but nope. Literally nothing happening after 3 weeks. Just more false promises. And I'm trapped because I can't go elsewhere and risk serving the person twice. My court date is next month and this company is a joke.
I have small claims court in two months. I signed up to have the defendant served with this company, thinking it'd be more efficient than hiring a single independent server. They give the option to upgrade for faster service for double the fee but since they advertise they made the first attempt within a week, I did not upgrade. Two weeks in and nothing has happened. I tried emailing them but I got a reply that says no one mans the emails any more. At this point, it appears they drag it out so you'll get anxious and pay for the upgrade. Saying you'll make the first attempt in the first week on your web site and then not actually making it happen is false advertising. Looks like a i just threw away my money.

Awful. Customer service was terrible and rude. I couldn't get a call back from anyone with authority and ended up having to pay $250 to get a lawsuit served. Ridiculous.
