The PVC Patch with an hexagon shape came out beautiful. Clean ridges for me to sew it onto the cap, although I used just a heat press application. The heat settings was precise, and Abcoln.com actually created a 45 second video with the same heat press that I have in my facility: Hotronix 360 IQ.
Loved the fact that we got a physical proof for validation, with exact pantone matching on the yellow color. They solved my long term communication problems on patches with incorrect artwork and wrong colors.

Cheer leaders, Gymnasts & girls love the glitter options. Working with two of the biggest cheer teams with over 1000 members each, we have to come up with specialty webstore items and caps. For the past 7 years, we have been delivering Embroidery and similar options, but this year is unique with the Raised shiny Glitter option of Silicone. Customer loved the value - something distinguished and one of a kind.

Having used previous digitizers, we were referred by Melco.com to use Abcoln. The files from previous digitizers have caused an unusual problem for a small text on our most reordered file. Abcoln had digitized the file and had shown proofs on their machine so that we knew what to expect and that the problems were actually fixed. When we sewn it, the majority of the problems were fixed. After going back forth, Abcoln helped us realize that the horizontal straight line started angling upwards on caps, from the seem towards the left side, away from the brim. Abcoln suggested a few embroidery production solutions and they were spot on. Abcoln not only resolved our ongoing problem, but they have also helped identify my production machine problems... No other digitizing company had taken the time to make phone calls, genuinely be interested in our success. No wonder Melco has highly recommended Abcoln, and I stand by them as a reliable and trustworthy vendor - not just for the consistency in moving our production smoothly, every time, but for the consistency that our embroidery operators needs.
