Great training week for FREC3 qualification with ABC paramedics services.
Excellent training instructor Lynn who provided a comprehensive course, great delivery, good use of training resources and set a pace suitable for the whole group.
Kind, friendly, psychologically safe space to learn with plenty of fresh coffee and humour.

I’ve just finished my FREC3 course and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The level of knowledge Lynn brought to the course was outstanding, and her years of hands-on experience really came through in the way she taught. Her passion for the job was clear and made the whole course feel engaging and worthwhile.

What really stood out was the discussion-based approach. Rather than just taking in information, we were encouraged to think, talk through scenarios, and apply what we were learning to real-life situations, which made everything much easier to understand and remember. Lynn also ensured we understood what it meant to be a patient centred clinician.

Lynn, Jackie, and the rest of the ABC team were professional, approachable, and clearly very experienced. It’s easy to see that they take pride in what they do. I genuinely enjoyed the course and feel much more confident going forward

Having just completed my FREC3 course, I couldn’t recommend it enough. The range of knowledge that Lynn - the teacher - has is astonishing, and her years of experience coupled with her obvious commitment to casualty care was inspiring. The conversation- led method of teaching was a great way to digest the mass of information on a deeper level and allowed us to use real- life scenarios to which we can apply our learned skills. Lynn, Jackie -and all of the team at ABC -are clearly very experienced, professional and anyone would be lucky to work alongside them. Loved my course and can’t wait to put the new knowledge to good use!

I recently attended the First Response Emergency Care (Qualsafe – FREC 3) course delivered by ABC Paramedic Services, and I enjoyed it immensely. I learned a huge amount throughout the course, and it was both engaging and highly informative.

The course not only provided me with valuable knowledge, but also gave me the confidence to apply what I learned in real-life situations.

Lyn, our instructor, was exceptional, knowledgeable, supportive, and clearly experienced. She delivered the training in a way that was easy to understand while ensuring it remained practical and grounded in real-life scenarios.
