Ordered a gold diamond solitaire necklace, choosing a specific certified diamond. Personal emails first thing the next day to confirm the details and the diamond, and the necklace delivered the following week. Necklace is stunning, given as a present, very pleased. Good quality. Came with the original certificate and a signed valuation letter. Would definitely recommend and use again.
