Eternity ring lost a stone within 12…
Initial issue with stone falling out of an eternity ring, which was disappointing. However, after raising this, the company has responded promptly and arranged for the ring to be assessed and repaired. Currently awaiting return, but pleased with how the matter is now being handled.
