Great customer service, Danielle couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Used the Aberdeen branch for a few months as I needed some extra storage with how small my residence was. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, the units are well maintained, access is easy but secure, not 24 hours like some but the hours are generous enough where it’s a non issue unless you want to store something that you might need in an emergency. Only closed the unit due to getting a new house with more space would happily take one out again if/when I need for the reasonable price it is too. Cancellation is easy as well just two weeks notice with no shady charges or contracts thrown at you.

No issues when I used the unit for storage. My only drawback relating to this storage facility is that it is only open on a Saturday morning. However, I took the unit on knowing this but also that when it is opened it is manned. So a better security level I felt than others I looked into.

Professional and friendly service. if I needed to store my stuff, I wouldn't hesitate and would be my first choice.

The staff at the Aberdeen branch in Dyce provided useful advice on the most economical storage option. They were always friendly and most pleasant to deal with.

Great storage place, easy to deal with, lots of storage options. Unfortunately the opening times were no longer suitable for us so we have moved elsewhere but otherwise would recommend this company.

It did exactly what it should. Hassle free storage in a secure facility in Aberdeen. Dealing with the staff was a pleasure. A big thumbs up from me!!

Ours was a complicated removal and the fellas that packed and moved our stuff and the office staff that supported us all were nothing less than fabulous. I cannot fault them. Heartily recommend.

Fantastic team working here, very very helpful and accommodating, always a friendly welcome on arrival. Facility is great too, my indoor locker was perfect and the whole place is always kept clean and tidy. Highly recommend for any storage needs!!

We took up a storage unit with Aberdeen Self Storage until after we moved house this summer. The storage costs were competitive and the whole process of arranging the contract, making payment and utilising the storage unit itself was straightforward and efficient. the Team at Aberdeen Self Storage were just excellent, responsive and provided advice and support as needed. I would definitely recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
