Abertay International Training Ltd Reviews 

Purchased two courses with them with a discount for a second course. One of the courses got postponed. On the day when it was supposed to happen there wasn't any communication that it wasn't going ahead. When asked for a refund they have taken the discount away although it was their fault that the second course has not taken place (twice). Still waiting for a refund two months later.

In regards to the training facilities: small, uncomfortable room with no ventilation of any kind. Tutor experience: not a confident delivery, confusing and contadicting information, very outdated power point.

Would not recommend and would deffinately not use again myself. An unpleasant and uprofessional experience from start to finish.

Linda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she ensured everyone had the opportunity to be involved in the training.

Great course, well delivered in a manner that kept me engaged and wanting more.

The trainer were excellent and willing to help where needed, also helped build your confidante in speaking in front of people

Course was great once the initial admin error had been taken care of on Day 1. There was a mix up between the office and instructor but it was sorted out in the end.
Ronnie was a great instructor and related a lot of the subject matter to personal experience which helped. I would recommend this course.

I had a great time on the first aid train the trainer course held in Belfast. The training was excellent and Gary the instructor had a wealth of knowledge and experience which made each session extremely informative and easy to follow. I now feel ready, equipped and have more confidence to deliver training programmes. I would highly recommend this training to anyone thinking about getting into the training business. You will be well supported from the outset and a great team of people who keep learners at the focus of their training.

I have recently completed a range of courses with Abertay International and I have to say the training has really increased my knowledge around a range of topics. The material and the trainers that delivered the courses showed a lot of up to-date knowledge and passion about the course subject. The training has really helped me to be able to train others within our company. I would really recommend this training company to everyone and anyone that wants to deliver in house training.

I have recently completed my First Aid train the trainer course with Abertay International training Ltd. It was a 3 day course with lots of learning although the trainer Garry made us all feel really relaxed and his teaching style was fantastic.
Garry had everyone engaging well and the whole group (some did not know each other very well) and by the end of the course we all knew each other better. The course is very well structured and we also had some banter which was nice, not too serious. This makes learning more fun for sure. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn or teach First Aid.

We have experience delivering first aid training but some of our team needed a more formal qualification to continue this, the train the trainer course at Abertay International Training Ltd delivered exactly what we needed.

Having been to London and Edinburgh to take in the Abertay Courses I can’t recommend them any stronger, The teachers were clear and concise and guided us through the courses giving clear expert structure to the class encompassing all aspects of the subject and involving every student.
