Very good communication to start with, until we paid. Once the delivery was done and we paid, the company stopped replying even though they damaged many of our wooden items, they lost items, and they never returned the legs of our sofa, so now we have a sofa without legs! They still have not returned them or made repairs for our scratched items after trying to call them and texting them. Incredible how communication stopped once we paid. Wouldn't recommend.

THIS IS A SCAM!

I have paid for the removals service and today was sent a dodgy email claiming the company has gone insolvent. After resarching on COmpanies HOuse, this is not true, and the Director, Mr Andrew Blank is refusing to discuss. This man has dossolved 7 companies in recent years and this set up is a complete SCAM. Will be reporting to the Serious Fraud Office, as well as police and Companies House. AVOID THIS SCAM ARTIST!

A Big Hand were brilliant for my move two weeks ago. On time, professional, communicative, attentive, and thoroughly pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend them. Erdem and Mehmet Cem were especially helpful. Would absolutely use again.
