I had planned a Disability Development Day and asked AbilityNet for a speaker, 2 weeks later I had heard nothing so I chased, they came back to me asking what was it I was after, plus dates and times (i already gave them all of this information), they promised to call me but the next day I had an email from another AbilityNet staff member to say "glad you've now had the information", which I hadn't had. As they were the only people I reached out to I have had to cancel the event as we only had 2 weeks to go
Adam came and helped me to setup my new desktop PC, I needed help because my old one was running Windows 8 and the new one windows 11 i5 a lot faster and more stable. He helped me with all the new features and I know that I can call on him any time for help with new things as I'm a 73 year old with no family. Youngsters today are able to do anything with computers.
