A friend and I just lost a huge sum of…

A friend and I just lost a huge sum of money to a fake auction website (abitamotors.com).

They advertise boats, cars etc on auction and users bid on them. After bidding, you get contacted when the auction ends with the information that all other bidders who may have bid higher than you failed to make payments hence the need to contact you.

You’ll be provided with bank account details which doesn’t match the name of the business. In our case, the account was held by ASH Innovate LLC. After payments go through, you’ll be able to track the supposed order which never arrives.

We’re working with law enforcement to bring the criminals to book. In the meantime, STAY SAFE!
