I have been on many disabled drive yourself days. As I am now a 24/7 wheelchair user. I can no longer drive, so actually getting behind the wheel in itself is a triumph. I used to drive for a variety of dealerships, so driving is very close to my heart. I was also a keen Motorcyclist having various Kawasaki ZX's. As 1 of my disabilities is that my eyes close involuntary every couple of minutes, I was expecting to be not allowed to drive. But thankfully Ablenet made it happen ! And as I have speech disability I can only communicate via a computer. And the wonderful people at Ablenet are very prompt at answering my questions. I always do all 5 cars for double the distance. As for me it is so enjoyable, and cheap. Yes cheap when you consider the amount of excitement and pleasure you get !

My 2 daughters who have a visual impairment had an absolutely fantastic day at one of the Ablenet driving experiences. They were looked after from the moment we arrived by friendly and helpful staff who made it their mission to provide an outstanding experience for them. They were very accommodating and made sure that both girls got what they wanted from the day (hitting 130mph!!) I recommend this experience to anyone with a VI or disability, you won’t regret it!!

What a fantastic day for my brother who is in the final stages with Motor Neurone Disease. Paul was particularly helpful in ensuring my brother was safe but also experience the whole supercar extravaganza. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to protect my brother during such a vulnerable time. Thank you, we can't wait to come back.

Just home from a fantastic day at Elvington yesterday. From the moment I arrived I could see it was a very professionally run outfit with friendly, helpful staff. Had an absolute blast in a three cars and by listening to the instructors you will get the most of the day and if you're doing well they don't mind a heavy right foot. It's worth bearing in mind that these are trackday cars so won't be in showroom condition. I was bouncing around like tigger the rest of the day and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ablenet to any disabled people who fancy a fun morning/ afternoon. It was so good I'm thinking about going next year again to increase the amount of cars I'm driving. So glad I discovered Ablenet as they are the perfect way for me to get my adrenaline fix.
