abn was fast good service Asic took forever i wish i could review them seperately i would give the ato 5 stars and asic

Went online to register for an ABN it only took a few minutes so easy to use

It was so easy to doI was blown away! Great Service.

I thought this service was very ordinary to be honest. It took nearly 3 weeks for my ABN and business name to become registered. this delayed my plans and buying time and put me way behind schedule. In future I will go directly through ASIC. The people I spoke with were very polite though.

Took over six weeks to receive my ABN and business name with a one off communication at the start that it would take a couple of days. No communication was made to let me know how the process was going. Glad I finally got it, but some communication would have been appreciated.

What is the point of paying nearly $100 when I should have just gone to ABR.gov and got my ABN for free? Absolute rip off and thoroughly disappointed when I found out. Struggling financially to prepare my business and finding out that I've been ripped off is greatly displeasing. I would hope that there is some benefit worth my money to this that I am yet to see. Will not recommend to anyone.

I will let everyone know that u steal low income earners money I have a forum and u guys are getting shut down , how do u sleep at night knowing u do nothing but steal money from poor victims. Shame on u shame on u

They sent the paperwork in to register my business name and reactivate my ABN to save me having to do it. I ended up doing it anyways. They gave the wrong information so I was on the phone to change my trading location, I also had to call ASIC for a question and when I told them about my service they asked for my ABN and connected my business name INSTANTLY! I wasted $200 for something I had to end up doing myself.

The staff member that i dealt with (Ruben) made this a very simple process for me thanks.

I am pleased with the service provided which was prompt and quite satisfying.

This has all been new to me as I've never done anything like this before.
Couple this with still getting used to all this modern technology and the equipment to perform it and you can see why this needed to easy and clear to me.
