What a great experience from initial contact for viewing the property through to receiving my keys and moving in. Attention to detail, prompt replies to my queries, efficient no hassle process all provided by Louise (Crosby Branch). An organisation that actually cares about it's tenants. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent.

I interacted Louise from Abode Crosby. She was very friendly and always replied promptly to my emails and questions. She made the process of completing the paperwork very easy. I will also highlight that both properties I visited were great.

We have just rented out our house through Abode and have been extremely pleased by the speed and efficiency of the whole process. Louise was so helpful and professional. There was a clear time frame of events that were communicated efficiently and from start to finish Louise was easily contactable. The whole process went smoothly and we have no doubt that is due to Louise's professionalism.
We would highly recommend.

Louise so was so helpful and could not do enough to help us with this rental and she made sure we were able to move in on the date we had said we needed to be in by.

Crosby branch are appalling and so unprofessional. Lost a set of my house keys, no apology, actively selling another property to a couple viewing mine )caught on Ring Door bell), then the manager Mike, reduces the price of my property without telling me 🤬
In fact a set of keys was dropped off with Rachel on Friday 2nd August just after lunch. Witnessed by Sam

Louise was amazing. I was in a bit of a jam and needed to find accommodation quickly. She pulled out all the stops to get me into the property for a viewing the next day and I was able to agree a move in date following the weekend. It took a lot of stress out of my life as I was rammed with work at the time and this situation was not ideal but Louise came to the rescue. Thank you x

Couldn’t recommend Abode’s Lettings team highly enough for anyone looking to rent a property in the Crosby and surrounding area. Louise has been outstanding handling our tenancy.. so efficient and professional and worked tirelessly to get everything turned around quickly as possible. She has been so thorough in making sure everything was completed on time and that we have everything we needed and she was in constant communication, which is so reassuring as a customer.
