Let me explain my entire experience - bought a jacket. Customer service let me know it got lost in transit, was in a time crunch to get the jacket before i left on holiday, they expedited the shipping in order for me to get it faster, got it right before. CS was great. product fits well, good quality, recommend!

Support service, specifically Emma, has returned my money back jnstead of exchanging to the correct size as I have requested

Absolutely awful experience with About Blank!
I’m beyond disappointed. They took my money and delivered nothing but trash. The clothes arrived in terrible condition, clearly mishandled, and the packaging was completely destroyed. Not only that, but the delivery was extremely delayed with no proper communication or updates.

For the insane prices they charge, I expected at least decent quality—but what I got was cheap, poorly made clothing that looked nothing like the photos. Total scam vibes.

Avoid at all costs. I do NOT recommend About Blank to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

One of my favourite brand,quality and perfection all over.

My return package got lost and I had misplaced the tracking code, so it couldn’t be located anymore. Despite that, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and understanding. Once it became clear the package couldn’t be found, they offered me a refund as a solution. Truly outstanding customer service — very impressed!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for an item and sent an email out to see if they could swap it before it was shipped. I had a response the next morning and it was taken care of immediately. Very happy with my experience.

The About Blank brand is full of the most amazing clothing and accessories, the attention to detail and quality is incredible. Their Customer Care Team are responsive and so extremely helpful, I have Sara to thank for an error I made and it was rectified in quick order. They really go the extra mile to ensure customers are dealt with satisfactorily.
My Wife,Son and I all wear About Blank and are proud to do so. Let’s face it, its founder is a North East lad, it has to be good!

Superb collection, but unfortunately increasingly high prices! A sweater for €255 and shipping costs are not free, really unprofessional! 15 € shipping costs... Too bad.

Been shopping with about blank for a long time! It all started with a hoodie! Suddenly my wardrobe was 90% a:b! Just got the new cap and mint mohair jumper! Both amazing! Quality is impeccable! Cap in particular is class, the fit is perfect and that’s without needing to do anything to it! Also got the charity T-shirt and it’s perfect! And for a great cause, glad I could be part of it! Great job as always 👏

I ordered the box hoodie from the core collection, very happy with it. It met my expectations in terms of both size and quality. Would definitely recommend!

Update: I had an awful time getting hold of the customer service of about- -blank. My order was placed pre Xmas and despite multiple avenues - I wasn’t getting a response. It appeared my messages were going into Spam which will hopefully now be resolved. After emailing Charlie - it was resolved within 12 hours.

I ordered a sweater but forgot to return it in time. I explained my situation and told it was my own fault but Sara from customer service was very helpfull and I could make a late return. She even helped filling out the adress form in the right way because in my country the adress form works different than in the UK. Best customer service I received in ages, all becasue of Sara.
