What didn't like is the return process. It takes too long time to receive the payment.

I like about you and that it has free shipping and free return which makes shopping much easier. Also the long trial period during which my product was delivered and always arrived correctly with me and my order.

Delivery and return are handled perfectly

I like that About you always have a nice shopping experience, easy filters, some good offers and most of the times enough sizes. However, I am giving only 4 stars because of the way of returning - is would be great if you are able to request courier from the site once you are creating the return

I attempted to place an order on the AboutYou website in late April. The payment was processed, but due to a technical error on their site, no order was confirmed. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, and being told the issue was being handled by their finance department, no refund has been issued weeks later.

The payment provider confirmed the funds were withdrawn, but AboutYou contested the dispute—even though no product was ever delivered. A second order made later using a different payment method went through without issue, confirming the original problem was on their end.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AboutYou to anyone based on this experience.

Easy to shop and wide selection

This for aboutyou.bg.They sent me the wrong boots of disgusting quality, after I returned them, more than three weeks passed and they did not refund my money, they told me that they refused to accept the return and returned the boots to me and sent me an invalid tracking number, now I have neither boots nor money! This is fraud and robbery, I even assume that some employee deliberately replaced the boots and now refuses to accept them back. The customer service employees are completely useless, they even hung up on me saying that they do not know why there is a refusal to return and they cannot help me. The law says that they are obliged to accept my return, now I will deal with the institutions, shame how they allow themselves to lose a long-time customer who has never even returned before.

Super! Perfect price!

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.
