I ordered two dresses from About You. Both looked exactly like in the pictures and my delivery arrived as per the original estimate.

Great website. Easy to return. I knew that my package is coming from far away Europe and it is going to take some time to get all the way here, but still they apologized me about the extra time I needed to wait my package because it wasn’t good enough for them. I received a discount coupong even tho I wasn’t dissatisfied.

First and last time.
I waited for over a month without hearing anything. Finally asked about the package myself and got told that die to logistical problems the package could not be delivered, was returning back to the sender and there was nothing to be done. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor everything. First and last time.
