No refund for all clothes I returned

After receiving my order, I returned two pieces of clothing.. I did everything correctly, filling return form and bank account details etc... However, I received refund for only one piece! After communicating with customer service I followed another sequence of steps, but still no money for the second garment I returned... I explained the situation again and did everything from the beginning... Again... And called again.. they just apologized and said they didn't know why this happened. I never got my money back!!!

It’s a reliable store

I received my order on time and in very good packaging.
Receipt has been enclosed.
Of course, I still prefer shopping in the physical store so I can try on the shoes.
Generally,I am satisfied.
