Worst customer support, delaying refunds
Please save your money and nerves for e-stores,who really deserve you as a customer. Will never recommend Aboutyou to anyone. Not only delivered my order with each item ×2, but also delayed the refund with telling lies about my bank account not entered, pieces not returned in one package, customer service and accountants "being so busy and not having time to process my return", etc.
Only after my notification about me turning to police and other entities, they finally returned my money.
Very unproffesional and weird company!
