Afterwards I started to run my own team

It was a good experience for me as a beginner, but I decided to work with my own team afterwards. I wasn't very happy with the quality of footage and thumbnails. They didn't adjust all the feedback I gave. I learned how the process of creating videos works and I still make use of that knowledge. So I wouldn't recommend it to others, but on the other hand, I know people who had a good experience. I think it depends on your niche as well. 😉
