I was encouraged by the reviews for Above the Loop and very glad I ordered from them. The trainers arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition. My daughter is delighted. Pre loved Moncler stud fastening issue.
After an initial query on an item regarding authenticity and item rating Dorian at Above the loop oversaw the issue from beginning to end. We did agree to disagree on the rating however a satisfactory outcome was reached between us. The rating is for the way the case was handled, I can only suggest that all items are checked prior to dispatch so they are reflective of the advert.

In regards to the Moncler jacket purchased, this was part of our Preloved range. These are previously used items that still hold value. The jacket you purchased was given a rating of 9/10 as it was in very good condition. The £529.99 price point is very fair considering the retail price of a new jacket reaches over £1,000.
Here at Above The Loop, all stock we buy is thoroughly checked before we store it in our warehouse. We void items we deem not authentic. We are aware that it is against the law to sell counterfeit items. Not only that, but we are totally against such unethical practices. We support the fashion industry. We can guarantee any item we sell is authentic. Our authentication process is rigid and involves incredible research.
In our email reply, we also included a third party authentication guide we use in product authentication.
We notice that one of the jackets studding is faulty, as you mentioned. In our email reply, we offered to pay for the replacement of such, up to 10% of the value of the order. It may not be ideal, but not all preloved products will be perfect. If it's not something you want to keep, you may return it by submitting a return request on our website via https://www.abovetheloop.co.uk/a/returns. It is a simple process.

Abovetheloop seem to be above most other sites who provide similar services. Not able to find the trainers for my Granddaughter anywhere else Abovetheloop DID and the extra price did not faze me as their service was exceptional, in fact Above And Beyond!
