Just submitted my and my wife's Self Assessment. We're in Germany and would otherwise have to complete paper forms sent to us by HMRC. AbraTax online filing was brilliantly simple and quick - and free of charge on top of it. Highly recommend it.

I have been using Abratax for over a year now, I highly rate them and am very pleased with their services. Very easy to use and understand. Their customer support team are also very helpful and quick to response.

I explored this software for MTD as I am a landlord. It seems to fit my needs perfectly: really easy Excel based software that simply replicates HMRC categories for Rents and various types of Expenses that are allowable.

The big plus for me is that you can simply input the numbers on their template - after having downloaded it - then upload the sheet fully filled with the relevant numbers. There is no link to your bank account, which I prefer, as I do not keep my business expenses on a different bank account. I am only a small landlord.

Further to a first negative impression - entirely my fault, as I registered as an Agent, not as a Landlord, I wrote a negative review and I cannot remove it.. Could Trustpilot please remove it.

I had a long conversation with one of Abratax designers on Monday and I was very impressed that he was interested in my feedback as a user and seem to take on board my comments.

It seems also that it is going to be a reasonably priced package, which suits me.

I needd to get started with MTD.. I looked at the software, it seems really easy, mapping HMRC's categories for reporting.
I created an account, but as per the little tutorial, you obviously need to -somewhere - indicate your HMRC and NI numbers.. I cannot get to that screen..
Sent an email yesterday morning. It is now 16:00 the day after, no sign of a response.. They have not got a phone helpline, nor a chat facility..
So, zero level of suppprt. Luckily, now it is not time sensitive, but I may look elsewhere.. it may be worth spending a little more to have an answer when you need one, rather than paying a fine for late submission!

This software is a game changer! It's straight forward, and I love the hints - found them very helpful. Although, it took me a while, as I kept getting errors because I wasn't paying attention to the hints. Once I settled down to read them, I was able to make progress. Kudos to the team!!!

I’ve used Abratax twice for my annual tax return and honestly couldn’t be more impressed.
I was very anxious the first time, but the whole process was really easy, clear, and efficient. Everything is perfectly explained, it completely removed the stress from doing my tax return. Such a great service, I wouldn’t use anything else. Highly recommend!
