Nessun problema con la spedizione e consegna in quanto tutto è arrivato nei tempi previsti ed in ottime condizioni. Niente di danneggiato e il pacco non è stato aperto o controllato in dogana perché è arrivato intatto il che è un sollievo. L'imballaggio è stato fatto in modo perfetto e questo mi fa capire che i pacchi difficilmente verranno bloccati o confiscati alla dogana.

La consegna e l'assistenza clienti sono entrambi fantastici e gestiti bene! Poiché era la prima volta che effettuavo un ordine da loro, avevo bisogno di rassicurazioni sul fatto che i prodotti erano legittimi, quindi li ho bombardati di domande ed hanno risposto con tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Hanno anche detto che forniscono i codici prodotto in modo che io possa controllare da solo la veridicità di essi! Fantastici!
