I am extremely pleased with the plastering work from Brendon carried out through Abri Housing. The plasterer was professional, courteous, and clearly took great pride in his work. The quality of the finish is excellent, even surfaces and great attention to detail throughout.
Brendon arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and were respectful of my home at all times. The completed work has made a huge difference to the appearance of the room, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you

Had a problem with item as soon as the engineer Ian came in he knew what the problem was.
He was courteous and pleasant did the job at hand all while keeping us informed and tidied up afterwards.

FIXED A BATH PANEL that was not straight forward as you would expect due to the bath itself.
DID A GOOD JOB AND SPENT MORE TIME THAN USUAL DUE TO THE ABOVE. POLITE AND FRIENDLY which is not always the case with some workmen i have encountered.

Abri are diabolical I’m fed up with them harassing bullying and victimising me over trying to get them to resolve the serious ASB harassment neighbours are causing me for five years. After 17 hours of extreme noise was recorded on Abri official recording equipment they have constantly tried to find a way out of resolving the matter by now wanting to do a transference test to pinpoint the noise after verbally saying in my house the day they picked up the recording equipment they can tell the direction it’s coming from I declined it, more delays in resolving & inconvenience in my house by then turning up to carry it out. I won’t give them a chance to blame the extreme deliberate noise on general living noise. Then they changed tactic & suddenly wanted a vague meeting & we’re crafty saying my mental health is important to them for me to bring along a support with me they did it tell me any details about the points they wanted to discuss, again I declined , I’m not obliged to attend a sudden vague meeting especially when I get the impression they are looking to dismiss the noise as something else & then they said when probed they wanted to talk to me about the recordings as there was a lot of them . I was right they are looking to dismiss them for what they are I declined the meeting. After me going to respite flat because Abri have made my home unlivable & their solution to resolving this is for me to move house, what a cheek! In 2025 Abri blocked me from reporting the ASB at all which is bullying and they victimised me by wanting two people to come to my house to discuss my reports in their words which are similar reports to what they already investigated I declined which they brought up later on and used against me of course. I’m always in the wrong no matter what I do, they took away my tenant rights by doing that also. P Abri ignored my reports prior to the block and weren’t telling the neighbours to stop their harassment & knowingly left me in a horrific nightmare I am still trapped in up to 17 hours of horrendous noise being followed all round my house by the person above me and targeted at the same time by people either side of me. Other neighbours and their friends and families and everyone they know joined in for years it’s a lot of people to harass bulky victimise and threaten me with violence. The police did minimal. You are going to suffer the consequences of your deliberate inaction Abri. My neighbours are back to harassing me and following me all round my house all hours of the night and day. I cannot use any room in my house or outdoor spaces as they were intended form and Abri are fully aware of this. I have had two official minuted meetings with Abri and social workers Bracknell Council and cocky Abri have the audacity to do nothing. My only option is to go elsewhere and Abri were highly unprofessional in our second meeting, they used it to glare at me intimidatingly and call me out in front of everybody in that meeting which was humiliating over me chasing a white noise machine that still hadn’t arrived three weeks later I was fair I said they are probably busy and I was only asking for an update to see if I would receive it otherwise I would buy my own. Abri had already iterated in an email to me a week before our second official meeting with Bracknell council and other people they answer as soon as they can so there wasn’t a need for them to use my meeting which was to put a plan in place for me to humiliate me bad called e out and intimidate me by staring me down in front of the whole meeting and they got angry with me in front of everybody because they were being held accountable to actually do their job and it was noticed by everybody in the meeting. I’m disgusted at their behaviour. I have emails evidence of Abri saying to me to ey are withholding support from me if I don’t move house or do mediation to resolve this ASB which isn’t appropriate at all and they only stopped forcing me into mediation after outreach manager got involved and advocated for me.

A Abri engineer attend my property for a water leak and the work was achieved to a high standard. He was courteous and took the extra time to get the item from a different location to repair my leak on the same day. He is a employee asset to Abri . In achieving high quality customer service.

I have repeatedly asked Abri for a clear breakdown and explanation of our service charges, including why the costs continue to increase, but my requests are consistently ignored. Residents have a legal right to transparency regarding service charges, yet getting any meaningful response has been extremely difficult.
In addition, the car park door at Elizabeth House, Wembley has been left unrepaired despite multiple reports from residents over a long period of time. This is a basic security and maintenance issue that continues to be ignored.
Very disappointing communication and lack of accountability from a housing provider that should be supporting its residents.

In the middle of a multi swap with an Abri tenant and from what I’ve gone through so far (nearly 8 months!!) and still continue to go through is absolutely atrocious! They are exceptionally slow, continuously pass the buck, and myself and other person in swap are now onto our 3rd electrical test for our properties when the Abri tenant hasn’t even had one in 8 months!!! Beyond a joke!

Recently had my heat pump serviced..Nat the engineer did an excellent job..he was thorough in his work..pump unit dismantled and pressure cleaned..came back a week later to replace a spare part..all with a minimum of disruption..
I also had occasion to call Abri emergency out of hours service as my electric fuse box kept tripping out..Had a very quick response..electrician very quickly isolated the problem and rectified it..
Very pleased with Abri response..

Put in for an exchange still waiting for abri to sort out swap partner exchange link which is not working on homeswappers been on the phone to them every day for the last 6 weeks they promised to phone me to sort this out but its been 3 weeks now still no call try to fob me off with £50 compensation but told them to stuff it, they dont help vulnerable people this has caused me to self harm and sink in to depression I have been trying to get to the area I want for 3yrs and they do this to me they wont take responsibility for there actions so be warned dont come to an abri housing no matter what as they treat you like nothing all they care about is money not there tenants hat to fight for 4yrs with them just to get new windows as mine where like weetabix stay clear of this housing association
