I ordered skincare product which was advertised as covering blemishes and gives you flawless complexion.

When it finally arrived it was like cement dust . Just left me looking like a ghost !!
They refused to refund me and said i would have to pay international postage .

Very unhelpful and would definitely not buy another product. Complete scam !!

I ordered fair skin makeup. Balm it was called to give you a flawless complexion. I didn’t have high hopes given the price but thought I’d give it a shot. The product did arrive quickly great. However unless I was planning a Halloween look the product is completely useless. The product is completely white. There is no skin toning in the product at all. The case was also broke but it was something I could easily ignore. I contacted them and the responded immediately. Great. However they said they had made no mistake and it was the correct, the pigmentation was correct. They wouldn’t allow me to return the product for a refund even though I was willing to pay to return it. They offerent me a £4 compensation (what I think I paid for postage originally).
Basically if you want a product you can actually use. Don’t get it from here

Ordered some swimwear and had to chase up delivery as took over a month to arrive. When I finally receive it, it was too small despite being in the size I usually wear. When I contacted customer services to arrange a return they refused to provide me with the relevant address and offered me £3 compensation. Absolutely awful customer service - it should be standard to allow returns where items don't fit and it is not stated on their website that they won't allow this.

Wrong swimming costume sent. It was one I would never wear. They won't reimburse me unless I send the horrible thing back AND pay thd shipping cost. So frustrated as I really liked the one I ordered. They have offered md £5 compensation. What a joke!!!!!! It is going in the bin. I am sure emails were AI generated as customer service shocking.

Don’t use this store. Ordered some pictures, quality is poor and no where near as described. They arrived folded and the creases are evident. Tried contacting them via published email addresses but undeliverable so can’t get a refund

Fake company that deserves no stars. I ordered a product and it never arrived. Tracking was sent but this was fake and did not make sense. No refund will be given.

I wish I had read reviews of this company as I would never have ordered anything from them.

They are likely to be selling personal information to a third party.
Please avoid.

Can't quite figure out where this company is based. First though it was in the US, then saw an address in Wales, then I received a response to a complaint email from someone who clearly struggled with English. Anyway, it took 6 weeks for 3 bookmarks to arrive. Wrong colours were sent, and the quality was rather poor. Waste of time. Waste of money.

These shoes are made of nice materials and are well crafted. They look like the classic old/vintage schoolers' shoes, which doesn't mean they can only be used for school. They go well with any skirts, pants, or dresses.

So cute. And it has extra elastic bass to securely sit on your head. Easy to change the crooks on top. I love it!

I bought these for school but ended up giving it to him early so he can have shoes he is rough on his shoes an these have held together amazingly so far.

This is my second pair of these shoes and it took me about 4 years to wear out the first ones. When I saw them come on sale for less than $40, I was in! I bought a half size larger this time around because it seems to me that they run just slightly small.

I work in the restaurant industry and these shoes are perfect for front and back of house positions.
