My husband and I found Abruzzo Rural Property when we were looking to buy a house in Italy. It is thanks to Monia and her team that we now own our dream Italian home. Monia, Simona and her team are exceptional! We bought the property remotely and Monia was very thorough and explained every step. They answered all of the many questions we had, helped us understand the buying process, gave us recommendations, guidance and always responded in a timely manner. They are fluent in English, which is very helpful to us as we don’t speak Italian. Monia and her team helped us before, during and after we bought the house, setting up electricity and water. Monia and her team know what they are doing and how to provide quality services. From the first contact Monia was responsive and provided much guidance and information before we even signed a contract. We did the entire process online and she made it easy and pleasant. Communication and efficiency is very important to me which the team provided at every step of the way. Her team went above and beyond to help with utilities and driving out to the countryside to do video calls at the property. We felt so fortunate to have such as supportive team with us. Buying our vacation home thru Abruzzo rural property was a great and hassle free experience. Monia, our realtor, was efficient, detailed, patient, kind, and always available when needed. Our main home is in the US so we were a little hesitant and wary of buying our Italian vacation home without being there physically to look at properties. Our fears were quickly alleviated as Monia had us on WhatsApp video tours of different properties that we wanted to visit. This is how we fell in love with the property we chose to purchase. The buying process was surprisingly easy and we were able to travel to Italy and close on our home. We found it to be beautiful and even better than our expectations.
