I have been using and purchasing from this company since around 2017. Recently I had a problem with my order now only did I not receive some of the item by the ones that came were the wrong size. I have contacted the company and was told it would be shipped. Now, 2 months later they have not responded to any of my emails asking for an update. Terrible customer service and I won’t be purchasing again.

Do not order from them. They have horrible and zero customer services. Prepare to wait for months and be billed an amount that they refuse to refund to you. You will then end up dealing with credit card issuer and FTC.

The sizes are inconsistent. The jeans pilled within a month. And they send you unordered items without your permission.

Respect your life and stay away from this supplier.

They were good up until a year or so ago.

Their production time has gone down the drain.

They recently repaired 2 pairs of my leggings. They decided to ship to another country. And promised to replace their screw up. It's been 6 months of hounding them for my replacement. I gave up. They have horrible customer service, "CEO" Never replied back with update after she said, "you've ordered so much, let me look into it". After 5 years of using their leggings, I will never return after this.

And since they shipped my leggings internationally I was stuck with a customs bill as well.

Dam scam. Please don't waste your money and your time. A bunch of Thieves. BUYERS BE AWARE..

I wish I could give zero stars. I have no doubt all of these negative reviews are true as I'm having the same problem. This company is a disappointment/scam. They will ghost you and not return your money. Their products are cheaply made. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Order from another company.

All previous reviews in regards of taking too long to deliver, bad costumer service, etc are 100% true! Save your money & time & buy somewhere else.

The company is a fraud.

Exactly 1 year ago I had leggings ordered but despite tracking information, the leggings never arrived and appeared to have been returned to the company. I asked for a refund, but they said they'd send them again. This time, I was hopeful as the tracking had my items near my town. A month later, and no movement on the tracking. I called the post office and they never received them. I then asked for a refund again, thinking perhaps it's a scam and was given fake tracking info. The company is not responding to my e-mails, only delaying by saying the tracking info will be updated. But it won't be, as I called USPS myself.
Luckily, my credit card company has refunded my purchase.
Very disappointed.

I placed my order on 4/15/21. I noticed my order still didn’t ship so on 4/26/21, I contacted them for an update and they responded that my order would ship today 4/30/21 (it’s been 15 days since I first placed the order) and I reached out to them today 4/30/21 at 10:32 EST and as of 6:07 p.m EST, I received no response. I spent a large amount of money on my entire order. I understand the whole covid situation makes things difficult but the lack of communication is very upsetting. If I don’t hear back by tomorrow I will file a claim on paypal. BUYER BEWARE.

Also, I haven’t had any issues at all with my purchases from other similar small sportswear businesses/companies during the past several months.

Update as of 5/7/21: Order has shipped today 5/7/21 and tracking provided; I will follow up on clothing quality once I receive my order.

Update 5/13.. finally received my order and the clothing quality is fine and as pictured on the website but I’m still not happy about how long shipping took and the lack of communication. I won’t be shopping from here again

Wow. I guess I should have read recent reviews about this company. I’m in the same dilemma currently. Mind you? I’ve ordered from this company at least three times prior to 2020. But this little fiasco I’m in is the final straw. Order placed on 3/9/21. I received a shipment notification (with a tracking number) on 3/25/21 stating my order was on the way. It took me teaching out via email on 4/6/21 to them only to be told one of the sets I ordered wasn’t available. 🤔 They offered me another set which I declined and requested a refund. They’re slow to respond via email and there’s no number to call. Ling story short, I am currently in the process of requesting my money back via PayPal. Buyer Beware!

Please do not waste your money! These leggings are cheap. They have the same leggings at Ross or Walgreens for $6.00. It takes months to receive them as they take your money then place your order when they receive them. Nice. I ordered 2 pairs of the same leggings they sent me one pair not the 2 kept saying they would send me the other pair and never did. Customer Service there is absolutely zero and you will be told one thing to get rid of you! If you do move forward use a credit card or paypal to protect your purchase to provide you with a refund!

I am so glad I’m not the only one who finds this company terrible to deal with. I placed an order on the 05/12 and only received it on the 27/03 - 16 weeks later! I emailed them several times to know the status of my order which was IN TRANSIT for a while. When I asked them to follow it up, they claimed that they were not responsible for any orders handled by the postage company in my country. I followed it up with the local post office who told me that the item has not been sent. In February, I was told that my item was sent back to them after a failed delivery attempt. This was quite shocking to me as the item was showing that it was IN TRANSIT and had not left Miami. They said that they were having issues with USPS and that they could use DHL but requested that I pay for the shipping. I was beyond speechless. I’d already paid for the shipping and was asked to pay AGAIN for an item that wasn’t even sent. I asked them to send it via DHL and send a tracking number. I waited a week and no word. I emailed them and asked if I could get a tracking number and was then told that they forgot to send it. Can’t say I wasn’t surprised at their incompetence. Finally, the package was sent 4 months later! And lo and behold - an item was missing. I sent an email and contacted the owner on Instagram stating my utter annoyance and requested a refund. No one acknowledged my email or offered any sort of an apology. They take NO accountability whatsoever. I WILL NEVER shop here again and I suggest that people think carefully before purchasing from this place. The sheer incompetence is mind blowing. They don’t know their heads from their tails.
I am a big supporter of small businesses. It’s a shame when an experience like this makes you want to shop at the big department stores to avoid dealing with incompetence and people who don’t take any accountability. I’ll continue to support small businesses. Just not this one! Poor management. Poor staff. Poor service. Just terrible. I am honestly so shocked that people can be this incompetent.

Beyond happy with my purchase! Only wish I had made a purchase sooner! Product quality is great and fit is true to size.

I ordered from this company Jan 30. After 6 weeks, I finally received my order. The jogger set was not the one I ordered and it had threads loose and was COMPLETELY see through. The other leggings I ordered were totally weird as they were short and too big in the waist. I was supposed to recieve a free crop sweatshirt with my order but instead they sent me cut up leggings with NO tag and white stains like they had already been worn.

They offered an exchange but nothing has been sent as of yet and they haven't responded to any of my emails. I am out $200 with nothing to show for it.

This is a terrible company. I am pretty sure most of their stuff is Chinese sweat shop items and not handmade like they claim.

This is my second time ordering. My first order had flaws as well. Never again.

Ordered 31. of May and have yet to receive the order. They have stopped to answer me, so I will have to start a case at MasterCard. They have wasted so much of my time. I would never shop there. It’s a total scam.

I have had a similar experience as the reviewer who did not receive her order or a refund. I placed two orders. The first order was not what I wanted. 1. One of the leggings was completely see through. 2. Neither pair had the v-band. I complained and they said I could return the leggings but never sent and RMA or confirmation email. At their time the owner, Mandy, texted me and cancelled my second order. I never got a refund. I messaged many times with never a follow up email. Finally after 6 months and a threat to report to the FTC, I received a partial refund. They did not include shipping. I am getting ready to file a report to the FTC. The reviews in their website have to be fake or cherry picked. The quality is not like lululemon, I doubt these are “custom” made. I believe they wait until they get enough orders and then have some factory in China make a bunch in bulk.

Save yourself a lot of anger and disappointment and do not order from abs2b!

I love these leggings! I've been buying from them for about 4 years, and they never disappoint! I even order some leggings at the beginning of Covid-19 that were delayed but the staff did everything they could to get me my order as quick as possible! My favorites are the push up leggings and the special edition leggings with subtle scrunch! They're super comfortable and add just enough pop to the booty! The only downside is that it takes a few weeks to get the leggings because they are custom made, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Please dont order from them. Ive been waiting for my order for 6 months. They refuse to give me refund, even though I havent recived anything since february, its now july.
They scammed me off 200$.
They blame covid-19, but I did my order before and they took almost 4 months just you SEND my package.
Also worth mentioning, they do not answer my emails anymore. So I actually lost 200$ and they could not care less, DONT gamble. There is a lot of brands out there who actually gates about their costumers.

My favourite workout wear and preferred by my clients if the gym theme is selected for the sessions. Good quality and very durable.

These leggings are very well made, thier scrunch booty is crazy booty enhancing. They are pricey and be prepared to wait several weeks. The odd time they have quick ship items and I try to order when they have that option.
