Absolute White 

Defective product. Won't respond to request for refund. Don't buy their products. Not deserving of one star.

Ordered on 30/3/22. Didn’t receive the item nearly 2 months later. PayPal refunded the money.
Funny how they tell you to follow them on Instagram and they don’t exist!!!

I paid for my product through Clearpay, 2 mths ago, i have yet to receive my product. Same as all the other reviews, the company does not respond to emails or messages. I have even contacted Clearpay who are now trying to get the company to respond.
Do not waste your money.

Absolute Scam is a better name for this joke of a company.

like most of the reviews same issue, still waiting on delivery and the emails are coming back not recognised, I've sent loads and haven't heard a peep off them,my order was 30 pound,so I'm guessing that's it down the drain,should have read the reviews before I ordered ,will live and learn

This is a scam!!!!
Do not part with money. There is no way of getting in touch. I ordered this in 7th April and still nothing arrived. They ignore you and e mails just get rejected.

I first ordered the pen and received quickly as there were good results I decided to purchase led with extra refills and another pen costing £89 thus too came quickly but the pen had no serum in at all, I tried ringing every time was a foreign ringtone went to voicemail I emailed them numerous times never receiving a reply so then tried Facebook messenger what has never even been opened to reply. I considered how quickly the first 2 orders came and as there was a special offer on I ordered another pen. Received an order number and it never came. I had paid through PayPal so got a refund but I won’t order again from them as the customer service is non existent …. Shame as the product works really well

this is a scam company do not part with your money as this company does not exist where it says it does in Kensington high st. the phone numbers and email address are fake. they will take your money and then completely ghost your query of where your product is.

Ordered on 3rd April. Emails get rejected, submit form on website doesn't submit, all telephone numbers are invalid. Money out of account but no product and absolutely no way to contact.

Ordered two weeks ago nothing received no correspondence either I wish saw these reviews first what a scam .. how can this be stopped ??

Ordered on the 3rd April, stated 48 hour delivery, and got nothing, luckily paid through PayPal so will get my money back.
But… no reply to emails or FB messenger.
Completely ignored me.
Absolute white is an absolute Joke !

Ordered from them 3 weeks ago and have not received my order. Three emails later and still no reply from them and no product. What an absolute joke to be honest.

Abs joke of a company placed my order and said 48 hours delivery defo not true I spent 29.00 pound of the polish I ordered and I have texted on everything they say own and still nothing abs Sham of a company if u ask and people wonder why we don't buy online anymore people like them as an example fuming isn't the word do not recommend and hopefully once police get into contact they won't be spamming anymore folk tell ya that for cert

Please please do not order from this company. I ordered the pen on the 18th February. I have still not received it. Have sent nine emails and not had one response. I have tried to call but no answer and I have sent a message on their contact on Facebook and no response. I am absolutely disgusted and how shabby and useless this company is. They need to be stopped. Absolute pile of rubbish .

Terrible product and not worth the money.
They never reply to messages and the money back guarantee is a sham.

I purchased a bottle of white tooth paint to cover up a bruise, receiving the product I changed my mind. Went through there return policy procedure, still in package. I sent them an Email telling them but NO response. I sent it signed recorded delivery sent another email NO response. Sent an email to clearpay who i purchased it through & they were fantastic but sadly its not there fault I still have to pay for product even if I haven't got it. I emailed ABSOLUTE SH*TE & guess what NO RESPONSE!!! ABSOLUTE waste of time & money this was February 15th there still happy to take my money every week. So I've taken to SOCIAL MEDIA as well to spread the message NOT to buy from this corrupt company until they ACKNOWLEDGE ME give me my money back & extra for damages & stress!!!!!! THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ARE USELESS it might not be alot of money but its my money. If I owed it them by now i would of had threatening letters by now or bailiffs to return there money so i want whats owed & interest!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE WHITE IS A JOKE COMPANY STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!

Product arrived. Packaged but no brush to apply.
Also the product has leaked (although sealed and in a box)
I have emailed and no reply!!

Stay away from this company, just out to rip you off with a product like tip ex.

I ordered the Instant Magic kit on 24/02/22 and paid £33.95. The package I received on 25/2/22 was ripped and did not contain the whitening kit. It contained only a packet of cotton wool pads. I have now emailed Absolute White 3 times but they have not replied.
