Engineers are good and always very helpful, but customer service is awful to deal with. Moving to new address was quoted over 700 for dissembling and reinstalling the system, got a tradesman who could reinstall the system with ease for only 200 pounds. They do not share engineering codes as well, even though I bought and own the system. There is many more reliable companies, not recommended.

Hi, i phoned Absolute Alarms Liverpool. What terrific service, my fault was diagnosed and fixed in 2 minutes flat over the phone. When i need any home security work these are the people i will call. Look no further.
Having to wait 3 weeks just to have an engineer show up and disable our home alarm which is waking us up at 3am every morning due to a low battery fault. We had to pay them up front to secure a date as well. Not really acceptable and they are unwilling to provide instructions on how to disable the alarm over the phone in the meantime. The kids dread going to sleep due to the panic it causes us each night and the stress is taking its toll.
