I've been looking for the perfect registration plate for many years now, and a random look one day, found the plate, and absolutereg were the most amazing people I could have wished for to complete the task, the process was super easy, I chose for them to deal with everything for me barring the plates, they kept in touch all the way through the process, even when i was asking a million questions, they were still polite and super professional, and the speed in which they did it in was amazing, my plate was bought on the 15th july, registered and assigned to my vehicle to use on the 20th july, plus i had the logbook back 2 days later, i couldn't have asked for a better service, the whole process from start to finish was just amazing, and letting them deal with everything is definitely the right move, plus join up first and you'll get 50% off the transfer fee's, nice little bonus when theyre already from what I saw, one of the most, if not the most, competitive company out there, so if your looking for the perfect reg, then id recommend this amazing family run business without hesitation, Thank you Sharna and the rest of the guys at absolutereg, take care, Christian.

Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a private number plate. I particularly recommend the optional paid after‑service they offer, where they notify DVLA, MOT and Tax of the plate change for you, leaving you with just one job, informing your insurance company. Everything was quick and straightforward, including an email confirming exactly when the new plates were legal to use. In my experience this was next day. I notified Absolute Reg on a Sunday afternoon and received confirmation Monday afternoon that the plates were now legal and ready to use. The turnaround was surprisingly fast. Very impressed, well done Absolute Reg for an exemplary service!

I bought a registration online and paid in full at the time of purchase. I received a email confirming my purchase, and was told I’d receive regular updates. What I actually received was several marketing emails, but no updates at all. After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted them to ask what was happening, and was told it takes twenty one working days to get the retention certificate. A month after buying the registration, and still no update, I contacted them again, and was told that the issue was being escalated to a manager. I received a phone call the following day advising me that AbsoluteReg were selling the registration online behalf of a third party, and they didn’t have the latest paperwork for the registration, and as the car that the registration was on, has now been sold, the registration went with the car, and they’d lost the right to the registration number, therefore making it no longer available. If you read other reviews, this seems to be a recurring theme. If they’re selling on behalf of a third party, then payment shouldn’t be taken, until all enquiries are made to make sure the plate is still definitely available, as some third party sellers advertise on more than one site. What makes this worse is they have this couldn’t care less arrogant attitude, when speaking to you. They have your money and that’s all that matters. I now have my refund and will not be returning to AbsoluteReg. If you like hassle, then this is definitely the company for you. However, if you want a registration, avoid this company and go elsewhere.
