Absolute relocation has the most unethical people who say one thing and then retract and say something completely different. They don't let you read the agreement thoroughly and just are insistent on getting you to pay the deposit by giving false information and assurances. After the initial deposit is taken, they show no accountability. They don't even call for pickup and the customer has to keep calling them. For delivery they delay for no reason and don't give a schedule at all after taking more money. During pickup they tried to take more money for extra steps which during the initial call, Paris had said wouldn't be an issue because we don't have a lot of stuff.
Paris sweet talks you before engaging and then doesn't even respond properly to your calls, he will lie his way through to get you to sign up. What he said over the call, he completely said something else during the pickup. When asked about the phone recordings, there was silence from their end. Summer provides no information during the calls. She is a totally unprofessional and a rude person. She has no customer service skills to speak of and the worst I have had to deal with ever. During drop-off the driver had called her and she was belligerent and disrespectful.
The hassles and inconvenience this company gives to it's customers is 'absolutely terrible'.
They damaged a lot of the stuff which is exactly why a customer should be allowed to check the goods before making a final payment.
Absolute fraudsters, they will not even compensate for lost and damaged items.

Company had deceptive practices resulting in my cancellation of the move.

Staff provided inconsistent false information about both the move and the conditions of the deposit. Twice, bad information about estimates were provided. I was told "estimates can go up but they NEVER come down." And I was expected to pay the maximum amount of the ESTIMATE because "estimates NEVER come down they only go up!"

I was further informed the failure to arrive on time was caused by the previous customer changing their work schedule and the lack of cell-coverage to keep me informed.

The more they provided excuses, the more it appeared to me I was going to be charged as much as possible, and my furniture would be held hostage and stored until I paid whatever they decided. After waiting several more hours and receiving no communication or updates, I cancelled my contract.

Customer support staff and the owner later admitted their failure to provide accurate information, blaming problems on poor training of new employees. Despite their failure and admission, that I was given false information, they refused to refund a $1500 deposit or even a portion of it. In my opinion THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT when I was provided false information!

I am a disabled veteran and made 27 military moves in a 40-year career and this was clearly the worst move I experienced. My failure was in trusting they were truthful and had at least nominal integrity.

I warn all Vets to AVOID this company at all costs! DO NOT believe what they say. Any company that blames customers for their failure should not be trusted.
