I returned the item because it was too small and my refund has not been processed.

Delivered on time ,very good product

The name on the top was spelt incorrectly even though I spelt it correctly on the order form.

I emailed customer services 4 times and support email 3 times, called numerous times to no response! Top unwearable and no response! Disgusting customer service!

My rugby shirt was ordered and paid for on 29th June 2026. Despite several emails and 2phone calls, I heard nothing from the company until July 20th. The delay would have been fine if I’d received some reassurance from someone but my emails to enquire about the situation were totally ignored. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would have done. I would not recommend this company at all. The rugby shirt quality was more like a t- shirt than a rugby jersey and I would have sent it back for a refund but my husband chose the easier option and decided to keep it.

II placed an order 4 weeks ago and tried several times to get information about my order through the customer service. To date, I have not received any feedback and the delivery has still not arrived.

The initial delivery was very good, however I ordered the wrong size, which was my fault. Followed the returns process which was a terrible. Returned the stock via 24 hour Royal Mail tracking. Despite me having proof that it had been signed for, the parcel was still showing as waiting arrival for over 2 weeks on there web site. Emailed multiple times, no reply, left voice message for someone to call me back, again no reply. Managed to get in contact via messenger, had one replay and any further messages were not replied to. Took over 3 weeks to resolve. Very bad customer service, wouldn’t buy from them again.

Very pleased with the service provided, although a little disappointed with the quality and sizing of the bucket hat that I purchased. Shown as one size fits all and definitely on the small size.

Shocking customer service placed an order well over a month ago where there was an error on the delivery address so was returned to sender therefore expecting a refund no response to emails socials or voicemail. Raised an issue with Klarna they then tried to say it was delivered to the address provided difficult as there wasn't one not happy at all and have had to reopen rhe case with klarna and provide tracking to prove our case. Update: managed to get a response from.someone helpful on social media who has issued a refund today. As soon as I have confirmation I will close the klarna case.

Absolutely awful. Returned a shirt for a refund. Submitted proof of receipt to company that they had accepted delivery. 2 weeks later still no refund. Not happy

I love the product quality. Unfortunately even when I’m purchasing goods for under 150€, it is taking ages at customs and I’m having to pay import duty. So it looks like the promised IOSS scheme isn’t working.

1st class service

Terrible service. Delivery took more than 5 working days to deliver - this after I sent multiple emails requesting a cancellation. Shirt got delivered after 10 days at a hotel which I left 5 days earlier. Still don't have the shirt.
