Good experience with Absolute Rugby!

Good experience with Absolute Rugby, even if the time of delivery remain a little bit long!
It's probably enough I will repeat purchases with it if I can't find what I'm looking for in Italy!

Poor customer service..

I ordered a Leinster Rugby cap on March 5th and received confirmation of purchase. A week later I still had not received my order nor had I received any information regarding shipping. I sent an email via customer service but received no acknowledgement. Finally two weeks after my original order I received my Leinster Cap. I can appreciate there may be delays but at the very least as a customer I want to be kept informed. I still have no idea what the delay was or why. The cap is great quality, the same cannot be said of such poor customer service.

To be honest, I paid for an item only to have it refunded 10 days later with no explanation, despite writing an email.
