Friendly and knowledgeable engineer. Work completed to a high standard, clean and tidy and explained what was going on and what he had done.

We recently had a CCTV system installed at our shop and forecourt by Absolute Fire and Security, and honestly, the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

The system itself is top quality — the camera clarity is crystal clear both inside the shop and outside on the forecourt. Day or night, everything is captured perfectly, which has given us real peace of mind. The coverage is spot on too, with no blind spots, and the motion detection works brilliantly. It’s already made a big difference in how secure we feel, especially after hours.

What really made this experience stand out, though, were the engineers Martin and John. They were absolutely brilliant. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to understand our setup, suggested the best camera positions, and made sure everything was installed neatly and efficiently.

Nothing was too much trouble for them — they explained how the system works in a really simple way and made sure we were comfortable using it before they left. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in the final result.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the installation. Huge thanks and appreciation to Martin and John for doing such an amazing job. Highly recommend Absolute Fire and Security to anyone looking for reliable and professional CCTV installation!

The company is reliable for both long-term clients and those seeking system upgrades, but there's room for improvement to make the experience consistently seamless.

Since the install, they have been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Unavailable to book an engineer, cancelled multiple times when finally booked. Then engineer made mistakes while here, which they are then trying to charge me for fixing. They also tried to overcharge for that visit while he was here. Ripoff and appalling “service”. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very happy with the alarm engineer, John, who was very polite and efficient. He arrived on time, carried out the work without any mess and explained the new panel clearly.
