Wrote a grievance complaint about my dismissal and damage to my car that has happened whilst I was representing this atrocious agency, 3 weeks down the line no one replies or when they do it's a very vague awnser and my car is still damaged. Got dismissed for taking time off (paternity leave) but now they turned it around saying it was attitude. Up to this point there was never an issue. Just want my grievance complaint dealt with by someone that it's actually competent at their job and my car damaged sorted. In terms of my car I do assure you either you or client will be paying for it.

I had a terrible experience with Abstract Recruitment. Our work ended on 29 September 2025, but I still haven’t received my final pay or my P45. They paid only part of my holiday pay after four weeks, and nothing since then. Around 80 workers from the same site are in the same situation. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to workers. I don’t recommend this agency at all.

Was working for a company one minute & told by a what's app message the next that I was being cancelled by the company & not to attend site unless authorised(makes me feel like a threat to this company...which I am not).
Also the person working for this recruitment company got my name wrong 🙄 not professional at alI, pick you up & drop you whenever it's suits them,would not work for an agency again

Worse job agencies I’ve ever been to .. taken all my details was ask to attend an induction at ceve I think the name was . At this time pretty much had the job. The lady then said to me when can you start, I said tomorrow that’s fine . Then I just have to wait for the manger to get backed to me on a decision. Never heard anything backed .. p , s don’t ever bother with that company

AVOID this company abuse with the private data on all of their workers , also they only care for the numbers of registered peoples doesn't matter they working or not !!!

Avoid at any cost i been working for them for 3 years they not paying normally plus the a huge amount is missing from pension money. They are not professionals they will try rip you off whenever they can there is much better agency’s who pays better money ..PLEASE AVOID IT !!!!!!!!⚠️⚠️

‘I have been working for Abstract Recruitment for a few months and I’m beyond happy. Payslips are always a day ahead of pay day so it allow to check if everything is fine. Pay is accurate with no errors. Communication is always clear and direct. Any doubts are resolved immediately. Highly recommend this agency.Dorin Munteanu
