Real Estate Capital Markets - Beware of Abundance Capital

I recently contacted Abundance Capital, a capital markets firm located in Los Angeles, California, as a commercial real estate investor looking for financial services. My experience was absolutely horrendous, to say the least.

From the moment I reached out, I was greeted with disrespect and disdain. The client service was abysmal, with unprofessional and rude staff who seemed more interested in pushing their agenda rather than understanding my needs as a client.

The director, in particular, was the epitome of incompetence and greed. Not only did he fail to grasp the basics of my investment requirements, but he also came across as arrogant and dismissive. It was clear that he cared more about his commission than finding a suitable solution for me.

In conclusion, my experience with Abundance Capital was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone looking for financial services, especially in the commercial real estate sector, to steer clear of this company. Their lack of professionalism, disrespectful attitude, and greed are simply unacceptable.
