Hiding google reviews

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Timothy Pelletier is the most rude and obnoxious sales rep I’ve ever worked with. He yells and is extremely disrespectful over the phone. I do not recommend working with this company. He also removed my google review so who knows how many bad reviews he’s removed.

Excellent Experience

I purchased a 13.6 kw system 6 months ago from AEE. My experience with Tim has been nothing but excellent. I found that my system is producing more than what was estimated. I have worked with Tim, the engineers, and installers and found them both to be courteous and professional. Tim is hard working and a pleasure to work with. Installation went smoothly and if I had it to do over again, I wouldn’t change a thing.
