Academic Relief helped us a lot(not really)

Academic Relief helped us a lot, we had great customer service especially from Adrianna.

However! Just recently all contacts numbers for academic relief have changed, adrianna one of those who work for you gave me her contact number and has responded to me every time, but her number changed recently and is now for some other company. The main number for your "company" has changed as well. Tried calling it got a rude response that they were not academic relief center. Your website seems to no longer exist.
We gave you a bunch of our information and now I regret doing so. What happened? Did your company get shut down, and wiped completely?
This whole thing seems like a scam now.
We signed up to federal student loans by you and through an email I received today they never even heard of you.
What happened?

Hi Laura, I have looked into your file and discovered that we have completed the services you paid for. Your loans have been consolidated you have been put into the proper income driven plan. I'll be reaching out to you about your concerns, as the person you have been trying to contact is no longer employed by the company. You can always reach out to our customer service email (listed on all your signed paperwork), or you can call the office number with any further concerns. Thank you!

You "work with 3rd party marketing …

You "work with 3rd party marketing companies that contact perspective clients that have expressed an interest receiving help with their student loans." Bull Crap! I have never expressed interest in receiving help in student loans. Your "marketing companies" are making ringless calls to cell phones that go directly to voice mail. You are employing these folks thus they are acting as your agents, thus you need to take some accountability for their behavior. The national do not call list exists for a purpose.

Excuse me "academic relief center." I have had no dealings with you? What do you call the robo calls I get trying to solicit business? I have created multiple accounts? TrustPilot is fully capable of checking the IP address that both my review and account came from and, I can assure you, no other trustpilot account shared that address. It would be a reasonable bet to say that nobody in my geographical area has created a trustpilot account. You will do anything to avoid taking responsibility for these robo calls.

3 robospam calls a day scam

3 robospam calls a day, im on the no-call list. When i complained and told them to not call, the calls increased.
They charge big money to give/file forms related to student loans, however fed and state agencies, and even school financial Aid councellors provide this service for free.

I can certainly understand your frustration. Let me first clarify, we do not call or robo-spam perspective clients. We work with 3rd party marketing companies that contact perspective clients that have expressed an interest receiving help with their student loans. There's a vast array of marketing companies that utilize this business model. So you could've been contacted by any number of marketing companies and that would explain why you've received so many calls.

Secondly, we don't charge big money to help our clients. In fact, we don't even charge upfront fees. We are a business, so yes we do have a cost associated with our services, but our clients don't pay until we've completed our process and they can reap the benefits of our work. In most cases our cost is minimal compared to the benefits we provide our clients, which is evident by the reviews on this site. Our service is informative, and life changing for our clients. Often times helping them save money on payments, interest on their overall student loan debt and improving their financial situations.

Again, I offer my apologies for your experience, but we're a good company, looking to inform as many people as possible that they can be helped with their student loan debt.

When I got off the phone with Kevin …

When I got off the phone with Kevin Fallis after the first call to generate the documents, I was so grateful that I answered his call thay day. Usually, I don't answer calls from unfamiliar numbers, but from the start of our conversation, I felt like Kevin really wanted to help me to extinguish my student loan debt.

Kudos to Will and Adrianna,

So far, I am very pleased with how the process is going so smoothly. I have worked with Will Withers and Adrianna Farmer and have been very impressed with all their help. Both of them are willing to help me better understand the process and are very nice and patient with me and my many questions. When I have contacted Will, and he is unavailable he is very good about contacting me back very quickly. I have emailed Adrianna and she too responds back to me very quickly.
I have already given the company's information to other people to contact ARC
for their student loan questions.
Thank you very much,
L.B.
