My second time using for some running trainers. Staff know their product and give some good advice. Spoke about what I was using them for and gave good advice and didn’t feel they were out to push sales of products I didn’t need or high price ones than the ones that I needed. Will be going back when I need any thing else for running.
Purchased a pair of trainers last week, superb quality but fit not quite right (my fault for not taking greater care with fit). Went back this morning. Saw a young man with endless patience who found me a excellent pair of Mizuno Wave Rider. Extremely comfortable and first class fit. Can't stress how helpful this young man was. To me much more important to receive this first class care than buy online at knock down price.
Both my girlfriend and I went into the store searching for some trail shoes. Went through a series of leg movements, evaluation of my running technique outside with lots of tips and advice. Tried on half a dozen shoes with a variety of pros and cons and got to run outside in them all with a sales member watching my technique.
Overall, great advice on shoes, running technique tips, general shoe care advice and even got a little PT session after on some exercises (with a demo and Jack watching me) to support improvement of technique.
A massive thank you to Jack for being very thorough with all shoe pros and cons, and, general advice. We were in there over an hour. Also great CoVID-19-relevant sanitation and social distancing measures were in place.

Spoke to a man named Stuart who helped me find the right running shoes and even showed me where I was going wrong with my running technique.
Friendly staff and a lovely shop.
Housed in a converted bank next to a sex shop this is a running emporium like no other. There's loads of off road and on road shoes, clothing, etc etc. The staff really know what they are talking about and will take time and trouble to get things right. If you're buying shoes then they'll have you on a treadmill and running up and down the street. Free tea or coffee too. Not the cheapest but the care and service more than make uo for that.
