This is the second one I buy because I love it so much. One is in my master bath and the other is in a rental property. Sturdy, easy to instal, great lighting, love the touch screen and defrost setting . I have had one of the mirrors for a couple of years and no stains or fading still looks new.

The item is true to size and adds the prefect touch to an entryway. Very easy to install and way too good packaging which make sure that item don’t get broken. Good value for money

They deserve an appreciation for selling mirror item pan India. Before Sales, i was hesitant to order but their sales guy made me convinced and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

I like this mirror however it’s a bit smaller than I thought but was but it’s still great 👍 other than the size which was my fault it was exactly like the picture:)

Update: Accent mirror got in touch with me and replaced with the bigger size mirror. Didn’t expected such a service from India brand.

Of the two mirrors, one was broken when opened. Very bad experience. Wil.never deal with you again and will spread the word. As per your comment below, i spoke to you and after that there was ZERO response from ur end. By posting untrue responses here, u r fooling urself and ur business. U think if it was not true, for a mirror i will take the effort to post feedback here??? U can't do a simple proper packaging for a mirror and the order was only half delivered (that too broken)

The product quality n finish is good, as in the pictures
There was some confusion about the courier despatch, was resolved in a couple of days
The LED light and control is all good, hope it lasts well

Quality not good at all mirror is of inferior quality and had issue at the time of opening the package

Value for money

I bought a few from them last year in Sep - Oct. The lights CAME OFF and the switches stopped working in one month and I am using them as mirror only. Such switches are not available in Kolkata market.

The representative from Accentmirror contacted me immediately and it was a pleasant surprise to hear that they have despatched the touch switches to my address immediately. It was great customer friendliness and I appreciate this very much. Thank you Accentmirror team.

The product was expensive for the quality

It was not a great experience in terms of quality and product finish, delivery was also not smooth and tracking of product was hardly available.

Mirrors are good, but sometimes quality, finish and paint of frames should double check.
Customer support also should improved.

LED strips are not covered or enclosed with any transparent materials.
LED strips are prone to water splash and fail.

The mirror I received was exactly what I wanted, neatly packaged and delivered in time with regular updates from company. I could track the status of package from time to time. It was easy to install. Overall I loved the mirror- its quality & lighting. Though I found the wire behind the mirror very long. Had to cut it during installation.
