Had this company to do my loft today quality work done to a very high standard professional & very polite lads that carried out the work would highly recommend this company 👍

I had mixed feelings about my experience with Access4Lofts. On the positive side, their team worked tidily, and the fitter demonstrated solid craftsmanship and professionalism. I also appreciated the safety features of the loft ladder they fitted, which are handy for those of shorter stature. However, there were some downsides. While the initial installation seemed fine, there were issues with the ladder and hatch catch, which required follow-ups. Communication with the fitter became difficult, and it took intervention from the franchisor to fully resolve the problems after a lengthy delay. Overall, satisfactory in the end, but the process could have been smoother. Would recommend with caution.

Josh at Access 4 Lofts Watford came last June and insulated and boarded the loft and installed a telescopic loft ladder and lighting. All I can say is it's made a huge difference in its first winter. The upstairs is so much warmer. I now have various items stored in a much tidier loft space. I'm so pleased with the work. I should have had this done years ago. Josh and team were very tidy and with little disturbance to the house. Recommended.

Just had a new loft hatch, new ladder and insulation and boarding added to our loft today. Whole experience was excellent from initial estimation visit to customer service and installation. Really happy with the work and they left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Extra space and warmer home now.

We had a fantastic experience with Nick and his team at Access4Lofts Ipswich! They were incredibly flexible and their work was nothing short of professional. Their knowledge and skills really stood out, and the competitive pricing was a huge bonus.

They installed a loft hatch and ladder, insulation, and boarding in the loft of our Victorian terraced property. We were especially impressed with how sympathetic they were to the traditional features of the house when installing the loft hatch; it was clear they took great care and consideration.

We have just had a new loft hatch, Ladders, boarding and loft insulated from Jamie at access4lofts Rochdale. From coming and giving us as quote to doing the Job Jamie was excellent, he turned up on time when he said and done a fantastic job, we are so happy with the work and would definitely recommend Jamie at access4lofts Rochdale.

Cambridge - Cancelled my quote appointment at the very last minute with the message "I'm cancelling as I don't like doing wooden ladders in older properties - good luck". I am going to another lovely local firm who loved my house - I wouldnt recommend their customer service so beware

Bristol - Cannot fault the service I received. I was left in a bit of a mess whilst buying a house and was ultimately left with no insulation or boarding in my new roof over Christmas. Although the boarding could not be done before I went away on holiday, they made sure to lay insulation down so that my house would have some protection. Everything was laid out in detail prior to any work being done, and that work was executed exactly how described. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Polite, cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you so much Anthony

I highly recommend Access4Lofts Chelmsford. After my initial enquiry, I was promptly contacted to arrange a home visit to assess my requirements. A convenient date was then scheduled for the work to be completed. Communication throughout the process was excellent.

Ashley arrived on time, confirmed the details of the job, and efficiently installed both loft boarding and a loft ladder. He took great care to protect the carpets and made sure all debris was cleared before leaving — all while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and will definitely be reaching out again for future projects.

Company took my money and not completed job after 3 visits.
Now I complaining and owner wants to report me to the local authorities.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank.
I will never use this company again.

We used Access4Lofts for boarding out our loft and putting a new ladder and light. From consultation to having it done it was absolutely brilliant. Ashley came today and did everything absolutely perfect and in great time. We would highly recommend Access4Lofts. Thanks so much!

Great job done right from the start. When pricing up the job they talk about the different options available and then once agreed we were booked in quickly. Lads completing the work done a great job and took the time to talk through everything after the job was completed, much appreciated!

Michael gave amazing service from start to finish, going above and beyond all expectations. He was extremely helpful even before work commenced, helping with finance options, he answered questions and calls quickly every time. The day of installation he arrived promptly and again went above and beyond, the work was carried out to the highest standard, within the day and I was extremely impressed and pleased with my loft (and how clean this and the house was after). I am so grateful for the brilliant work done and I am MORE than happy. I have already recommended him to friends and colleagues and would 1 million percent recommend him to anyone thinking of having their loft done.
