This program is amazing. We work with adults with disabilities so this program is very important to us. The customer service is great. Installation is easy. Program is comprehensive. 10/10 would recommend.

Their sales team will not leave us alone despite being asked too. We are a small agency that does not require their services. We have asked them several times to remove us from their lists and refuse to. They call us in the UK at night time as well as. Just had another call. Told the guy not interested and he said he would speak to us again in the future.

AccessiBe easy to set up. With Sheldons help we were set up within 10 minutes, as a non-profit this technology is a godsend, and hopefully opens up our webpage to more of the community that we are aiming to serve. AccessiBe is a good tool and a quick fix to basic accessibility issues. Sheldon is always on hand for any further questions, and his service has been fantastic. Thank you.

accessiBe is a wonderful tool that we have been using and have even recommended to many of our partners to use as well. The setup process of accessiBe is very easy to use and provides an end result of a user-friendly interface that benefits a wide array of users. We also love the ability to customize it to fit the design of any of our sites. Last but certainly not least, the team at accessiBe was wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and responsive and were able to answer any questions we had. Overall I highly recommend adding accessiBe to your list of tools and would recommend it to anyone I know looking for an ADA-compliant website.

Great app. We've been using them for a couple years and have been very happy with the software. I was just notified our pricing has increased from $149/month to $1,500/month! I've used all kinds of software and I've never encountered a 900% price increase! I was given no explanation beyond that our monthly visitors exceeds 100k and that I had until the end of the month to pay up of the app will disconnect. Great software ==> Rotten followup and sales practices.

I have had a very positive experience with AccessiBe. I have nothing but praise for my contact Sheldon Lewis. He helped me understand what was involved making my hearing loss advocacy website more accessible for people with a large number of disabilities. Incorporating the AccessiBe widget was easy (according to my web designer 😉). That I would be given an opportunity to highlight what improving hearing access for hearing aid and cochlear implant users through hearing loop technology is all about, was unexpected and icing on the cake. The AccessiBe blog and podcasts will no doubt help raise awareness for the hearing loss advocacy cause. I can highly recommend this company. THANK YOU so much Sheldon, Avital and Michael.

Excellent customer service and a great tool to add to our website. Accessibe was very easy to install and it has worked really well across our website. The widget is not intrusive and is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this tool to those trying to be more ADA compliant.

My nonprofit organization has just started using AccessiBe on our website and have no complaints so far! It was easy to install, it starting working instantly, and it is really easy to use and navigate. The AccessiBe staff person assigned to us, Sheldon, gave a great tutorial walk through when we first joined and has been readily available for any questions or concerns.

The whole team has been awesome to work with and help us achieve more within our nonprofit that works with special needs adults. Our website would not be where it is today without their support, guidance and partnership.

As for the widget, it's outstanding, I would write a review about the widget itself but I am not a user simply a host of the widget.

However, i can speak to the impact it will have on our clients using our website. These are clients with an autism spectrum disorder and/or a learning disability. The widget is fine tuned to help any type of user.

I discovered AccessiBe a few years ago as a Speech-Language Pathologist and site developer helping other SLPs with their websites.
