I ordered something back in July 2023…

I ordered something back in July 2023 and I'm still waiting!! I send emails every so often and I always get the same response... Your goods have been delivered, your tracking number will come up soon, please me patient etc... BUT I NEVER GET A TRACKING NUMBER!
I've asked for a refund and told them I'm going to take this case to lawyers but they just keep saying the same thing... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Ordered and paid for an item months…

Ordered and paid for an item months ago. Despite emailing them and being promised the item. They sent one and sent me the tracking....but it was for teeside in the North of the UK. I am in the south!! It's nothing but a Chinese scam.

scammers

Like a couple of others my supposed parcel was over two month late, and when delivered it was lik 10 miles away. No parcel delivered to me and no refund yet. Scammers i believe.

I haven’t had anything delivered

I haven’t had anything delivered. Order was placed back in July, I had email communication from the company, after the tracking showed my goods had been delivered to Northern Ireland . I was assured they were going to redirect them and I should allow another week. This was now two weeks ago and now I’m not getting any responses to my emails. I have asked for a refund, but nothing.

JUST SCAM ARTISTS,DONT TRUST THEM AT…

JUST SCAM ARTISTS,DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL. BELIEVE THE RATINGS THE 5 STARS ARE FROM THERE OWN DOING AN PEOPLE ordered a welder and have since been given fake tracking numbers, excuses after excuses then they said it was damaged at couriers and they have sent someone to repair it omg are you serious with these excuses I'll start posting what they send me. I know people at all major courier company's and they have assured me I have been told lies and the item I ordered that they have supposedly sent has not reached a nz company with my name or address. There just out to steel your money and waste ur time and dont give refunds I have asked 7 times so far and always a new excuse is given they have not made anything write so I'm gunna spend every day writing some kind of post about them an share it to every social media site I can an aloud to as I dont believe they are honest or have integrity or anything at all. Shame on them

Told to seek chargeback - Scotland

I’m a Scottish Solicitor. Anyone from Scotland feel free to contact me - Google Claire Maguire solicitor and you will find me - can’t leave my contact details here - have suffered in the same way - paid £476.35 on 16 Dec 2020 (!) and when asked for refund Jan 2022 (!) was told to seek a chargeback from my bank if not refunded in 7 says. Currently spent a good number of hours collating emails etc as evidence for my bank and still waiting. A Simple Procedure action in Scotland can be raised individually against the company behind Accessories Warehouse (of which I have all details) but a class action could also be raised if there are a good number of Scotland- based people affected. Amounts of circa £500 a pop would add up. I’d like to see the company pay for that. They would be found liable in judicial expenses too. I see no reason that debt recovery action would be unsuccessful.

The worst UK company I have dealt with…

The worst UK company I have dealt with in a long time. They don't answer their phone or return messages or reply to emails or direct messages. They don't stick to delivery time tables which leads me to think that they are advertising & taking payment for homes they can't source.

Absolute thieves, shame on them.

Would be no stars if I could.
Do not give any money whatsoever to this company.
My 13 yr old son gave £462.32 for a Ps5 that never came.
They stalled until after the 120 day limit for visa passed to be able to claim back from my sons bank,
then stated amongst other lies, they cannot give a refund due to their "financial situation".
Where has all the money gone then, absolute thieves.
Current investigation underway into fraud.

Taken payment, supplied no goods and not returning any contact - FRAUD

I have placed an order on 26th April 2021 for an item that they reported as in stock.
Over the months following we spoke regularly with them updating me when asked on a forecasted delivery date.
These deliveries never happened, then their communication switched to them being only a small retailer and that the big retailers kept getting whatever stock was available.
I continued to wait for the delivery, but no updates or communication came through; so elected to cancel.
Having cancelled, they now do not answer their phone or emails; I have not received any money back at all and I am getting no response at all from anybody!
I would strongly recommend to avoid this retailer as I now feel that they are only operating to defraud people out of money for goods or services that they have no intention at all of supplying.
I am reporting them to Action Fraud having the directors details from companies house for AXJ Trading Ltd CRN 11396213

i paid in full for a ps5 in November…

i paid in full for a ps5 in November 2020 but as like many others i never received the console and have been fobbed off for over a year, i finally asked for a refund and again no refund just lies oh it will be in the bank within a week, then they said apply for a chargeback but its after the 120 days so the card company cant pursue it, i now have to do a section 75, i have already been in touch with a recovery company and if no joy with the section 75 the owner will be getting a letter before action at his home address.
do not use this company to preorder items and pay up front or expect a refund of goods not received. i have in good faith let you have my hard earned money and you wont even refund me. shame on you Mr JEFFERY

I ordered a ps5 of course like most of the bad reviews on here it did not turn up after canceling my order they said i would get a refund which did not happen they said the money was sent but got lost in the system like most people on here i have been scammed im not happy i will contact trading standards ... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

I ordered an x box series x in February…

I ordered an x box series x in February 2021, paid in full. I then cancelled the order in June as I managed to buy elsewhere. After several emails back and forth still no refund! we are now in December! My experience of this company is shocking.

Worst company I have ever used

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My son brought a PS5 in May for delivery in July, advised not enough came but another order coming. Cancelled order in October and struggling to get my money back. Same issues as I am reading from everyone else saying they have refunded it but no sign of the money. I have asked for the last 4 digits of the account they refunded it too but they will not give me it.

I am sorry to say I think this company is a scam and I hope all these reviews stop anyone else from losing their money.

I will try legal action and if I find anything that can help everyone I will post again.
